What we are
Baltic Forces Hub is a defence integrator focused on the security of the Baltic region. We integrate combat-proven technology — battle-tested in Ukraine — with Baltic industry, institutions and end-users, building capability the region can field now, not in decades.
What we do
1. Capability gap analysis
We assess the threat, map existing capabilities across individual components and the system as a whole, then identify what is missing. From there, we find the solutions that close the gap and represent the manufacturers who build them.
3. Validation and testing
We test solutions, both those we recommend and those partners have already developed, replicating battlefield-representative conditions at ranges in the Baltics. Where the necessary approvals from the militaries and governments involved can be secured, evaluation in Ukraine may also be possible.
2. Technical and tactical expertise
A system can meet every requirement on paper and still fail in the field if it is employed the wrong way. That is why we bring both: the engineering judgment to assess how a solution will perform, and the combat experience to know how it should be used.
4. Integration and joint production
We support implementation end to end: technical integration, joint production with local industry that builds capability where it is needed, and training for those who will operate and maintain the systems. Because the battlefield keeps changing, we also help partners keep what they field up to date.

Why now
Technology and tactics shift every few months, so a system designed over three years is obsolete before it reaches the field.
